In Austin, TX - seeing 10s + refreshes of my JIRA Cloud instance. It's a fairly small project, maybe 100 items total.
What gives?

If you are experiencing issues with your cloud instance it could be a lot of different things that are causing the slow response time. The first place to check would be Atlassian Status https://status.atlassian.com/ to see if Atlassian is having any issues. I would then check and see if maybe it is your network. Network speeds can be fast but routing issues can cause latency. I would check on your phone connected to your phone's wireless data to see how it performs. If it is slow on both networks I would then submit a support ticket so technical support can check the instance you are hosted on. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
Right now I am not seeing issues on any of the instances I have access to but that does not mean your instance is not having issues.

Routing isn't something me, as an end user, can solve for unfortunately.
