I have Jira helpdesk installed on Windows Server 2016. Suddenly time interval between incoming e-mail which was sending to server and answer I receiving from Jira Helpdesk increased to 20 minutes. I have Jira v.8.2.3. I run all tests for checking e-mail status. Everything is shows OK. So How I can decrease waiting time?
