Hi Support,

Confluence is currently not configured to make requests into Rambus Ticketing System (JIRA) using Trusted Applications. Help

Unable to retrieve the application's certificate: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Getting above error message please let me how to fix this?

While configuring the trusted connection between JIRA and Confluence did you imported the certificate, as the error message states. I found this KB article while searching for the above exception.

Follow the steps provided in the Resolution. Hopefully it should help.
