Hi guys,
Our Jira Software became inactive due to a credit card issue, I updated cc details straight away and submitted a support ticket, going 7 days now with no response I've written to them multiple times now.
What else can I do? Is there a number I can call, desperate to get Jira back online multiple developers are now being held up.
This seems like a crazy piece of UX, obviously they are trying to influence users to not let their subscriptions lapse but it does not seem in the spirit of good support or good software.

That being said, I escalated your request to our CA team and they were able to properly activate your Jira subscription. Can you please confirm if it is properly working now?

Yes after 7 days and posting on Twitter someone finally attended to my ticket, my advice don't take away self service unless you can reply to tickets within 24hrs, otherwise your costing customers a lot of money.
