InVision embed links are broken in JIRA and cannot be readded

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We use the InVision share link plugin available for Jira Cloud. As of yesterday, all the share links in our tickets have broken, and each time we try to replace the share link, we get an error message. InVision support has said that this is a Jira issue.
This is happening globally across our Jira instance. Is this a known issue?
