we are loping the workflow 

1. How to get how times they looped ?

2. we need notification they started looping ?

Hi @Krishna Raghavarapu ,

1. You can use a scripted field, provided by ScriptRunner, that, based on the ticket History, count number of times in which issue hase been transitioned in a specific status
2. You need to create a specific event (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-a-custom-event/) on the back transition and use that event in your notification scheme

with out add on how to i count ?

They need any aditional status

They don't need an additional status. A script is necessary to perform that count. Script should be adapted for your specific status in your workflow.
