The new issue view of JIRA is still a lab feature, so our developers are still working to implement some features of the old user interface, including the ability to add web and confluence Links to issues.
The following feature request was created to track their progress on it:
- External web links missing in new issue view
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
For now, you can still use the web links feature by deactivating the new issue view. To do that, click on your profile picture at the left-bottom corner > Personal Settings > Turn off the New issue view lab feature:
