Not able to create the instance.
After claiming the site,it is asking to request acess to jsm,jira and confluence.
need to create a cloud site first since there's no instance found in the system. follow the correct format (https://atl-vertigo--shard-jira-prod-test-us-2--example.atlassian.net) please help me.. tried many times with correct format but getting this error.
