In-product Marketplace install fails: “We couldn’t find the page you’re looking for”

What's happening:

From Explore more apps, I can browse listings. When I click Try it free / Install, I’m redirected to an error page:

This occurs for every app I've tried.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Jira: Apps → Explore more apps

2. Open an app

3. Click Try it free

4. Choose my site

5. Result: error page above

Expected: install dialog / trial begins
Actual: generic error page

What I’ve already checked

• Site settings - Connected apps
  I can view installed apps and nothing appears blocked.
• Security - Data protection - Data security policies - Marketplace app access (org level)
  No allowlist/blocklist rules that should block this app.
• Jira (in product) - Apps - Manage apps - Settings
  Users/admins are allowed to install Marketplace apps.
• Permissions
  I’m in site-admins for this site.
• Browser/network
  Tried Chrome/Edge (regular & Incognito), disabled extensions, tested off VPN.
  Cleared cache/cookies.
  Public Marketplace path
• From marketplace.atlassian.com → Try it free → select my site → same error.

I did reach out to the vendor of that app and they replied that it's actually an Atlassian issue, which I suspected since I can't really download any app at all. I'm still not sure if it's some kind of bug or if there's something I'm not doing right.
