In my case I am trying to open a roadmap for my project in Jira Production environment, but there is some issue is popping up something like this,

Something went wrong

There is no valid configuration for this roadmap. Please configure it in the board settings.

I tried so many ways still I am not able to figure to the solution.

Hello, Good day. Please make sure that the board JQL filter is only using a single project and not more then one project. Thanks
