In my sandbox environment, I can create any issue type from the list view and I only have to hit create once. In our live environment, we have to hit create twice. Once after adding a new item, and then a dialog box pops up in the bottom right corner. What setting in Jira could possibly be affecting this?
This is across every project in our live environment. I can't find a global create screen in the screen lists.
Could you share a screen shot of this additional dialog box? That might help us figure out what is causing it.

For sure! Note that no additional fields require information. Just need to hit create for the second time.

So this create screen pops up a 2nd time?

From the list view, if I want to make a new item, I click create like this and then after I hit create, the dialog pops up and I have to clink create again. No new information is required so I don't know why it is having the dialog box pop up or what setting is making it do so.

ok, I'm pretty sure this is by design, allowing you to modify any of the fields if needed before actually creating the issue.

I would agree if it also happens in our sandbox environment, but it does not. Also seems to only be on company-managed (not team managed)

Is your sandbox a team managed project?

Look to see if you have a 'create screen' configured in the non-sandbox environment.

No...nothing like that in place (this is across every project in our live environment)

Checking to see if anyone has any thoughts on why this may be occurring?
