In jira when i try to complete the sprint it shows it cannot be completed as there are incomplete su

in jira when I try to complete the sprint it shows it cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks of an issue but the all the subtasks of that issue is already completed. I have checked the dashboard multiple times. The only thing is that the stroy is splited into 3 parts.
