it depends on the reports that you might be interested to run/extract at a later stage, logically speaking yes you an close the feature since all work under it is done, but is it live yet to end users? because if you close it now but you intend to release it to production at a later time then it will be a bit confusing in terms of reporting.

an alternative might be, close the feature now then create a release version and add the feature and stories and all relevant tickets to that version and set the release date of the version to the actual go live date.
