In active sprint board, can add in one more stage on top of the To Do, In Progress and Done columns?

Trying to add in one more column to track completed but pending integration and testing. Is this possible?

Yes, you can add columns to your board at your convenience (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlsDgKgUBr0). Keep in mind that a column is based to one or more statuses of a workflow so, probably, you need to modify your workflow first adding new status.
