In Version Workload report , sub-task time estimate is not rolling up into story estimate

In Version Workload report I have one story with 2 subtasks.

Subtasks estimates show but story shows as No Estimate.

I thought the time estimates should roll up. Doesns't it?

I cannot believe that this does not work.  What is the point of estimating subtasks and not have them roll up into the parent task in any point of estimates being provided.  We are completely blocked by not having sub-tasks roll up in the sprint planner.  I am flabbergasted that this is not more well thought out.

No, the workload report is grouped by asignee rather than story.
