In TEMPO, I have added a member in Team, But unable to see his logged hours .

In TEMPO, I have added a member in Team. But unable to see how many hours he has logged against the task . I have linked the project and dashboard.

This individual member belongs to the other project, but i have a access of all the JIRA project

Hi @Devendra Kumar Rathore , 

The view shown in your screenshot is part of Tempo Planner. This view will only show time that is planned for the user, not their worklogs. To view plans of Team members, you need to have the "View Plans" permission for the team (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/tempo-team-permissions.html).

To view worklogs of the Team members, you need to use Tempo Timesheet views, e.g. Tempo Reports or the Team Timesheet (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/generating-reports/getting-started-with-reports.html, https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/managing-your-teams/viewing-the-team-timesheet.html)
