In Review sub ticket workflow in three states "Findings and follow up checklist"option should be restricted .users should not be filled in "Submitted,planned and ready for review" and it should be enabled only in the states of  REview in progress ,follow-up and closed. If Anyone knows the solution please guide me here.Thanks in advance

You need to be clearer about what is going on. What is the Findings and Follow-up Checklist? And how is it related to the workflow in your image. 

Maybe if you list the items you need in a step-by-step use case.
