In Review Status

We have regular workflow 

To Do->In Progress->Blocked->In Review->Done 

Task is assigned to me in "To Do" state and I work on it and will send to my team member to review 

whose name should the ticket be in "In Review" phase?

owner of the ticket? or reviewer name? 

If reviewer name - will he close and move to "Done" ?

Hi @Kavitha,

The assignee of the ticket is the person who owns the ticket at the current moment. So if your team member is the one reviewing, he should be the assignee during the In review status.

If the result of the review should be that the task is marked as Done, it makes perfect sense that the reviewer is the one to register that decision. In your current workflow that means - indeed - that your colleague closes the ticket by moving it to done.
