Can you clarify what you mean by "unique scheme"?

There's a Default Scheme which Atlassian provides as part of the "official templates" - you then can either...

• Modify these Schemes, or...
• Create your own - which are separate to the default, but don't have to be unique per Project

...is this what you mean?
