In Manage Users, everyone has the status Invited, I selected Join Team in email but no change.

I have been in JIRA all morning.  I received an email to Join Team, clicked on the link.  But when I go in Manage Users, my status still says Invited.  I have resent the invite multiple times and joined multiple times but the status never changes.  What am I missing?

This may seem like an off topic response, but when you say you have joined multiple times, have you been able to log into Jira? Have you accessed a project? Created an issue? Been able to search for issues or access a dashboard?

I am not sure if or why the status displays as invited, but as long as you're able to work in the tool, I am quite certain that it will update at some point.
