We are using the Kanban board and our Done column has close to 100 tickets already... is there a way to show only those tickets on the last period of time or a maximum of X number of tickets, so to keep cleaner the board?
Are you working with a board for a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project? It will say which at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.
For a Team Managed project, there is not an option for configuring how many cards will remain displayed in the "done" column.
For Company Managed projects, the option to configure how cards remain in the 'done' column is available under the Board Settings under the ... button in the upper right (if you are an administrator for the board).
Select Board settings, then General.
At the bottom of the board's General configuration screen is the option for configuring which cards remain in the 'done' column. You are limited to specifying how long the cards have been 'done' and limited to selecting 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or show all cards.
There is no option to specify a number of cards.
