In Jira Service Desk Customer Portal, We have "Created by anyone" Option.

But I am Unable to see others tickets even though when i have added them to security level.

Hi @Madhu Reddy,

'Created by anyone' is unfortunately not the best chosen wording in the history of Atlassian products. It actually means "created by anyone whose tickets you are allowed to see". And to be very specific: those are the following tickets:

  • tickets you created yourself
  • tickets that have been explicitly shared with you by the reporter
  • tickets shared with an organisation you are assigned to

Any other tickets will not be visible to you through the created by anyone option.

You can find some more background in the Atlassian documentation (the link is for Jira Cloud, but the concept is very similar for Jira Service Desk Server as well).
