In Jira, it hides fields by default when they are not populated. Is there a way to change this?

In Jira, it hides fields by default when they are not populated. Do you know if there a way to change that as an individual user? I want to see all fields consistently, regardless of whether they are filled in.

Whether this is viewing tickets or tables on a dashboard.

No. You would need change the source code for JIRA.
