In Jira Project, with 4 users one user have to create only one issue type, the other user have to create another issue with different issue type

Can you maybe clarify your question a bit? I am assuming right now that you want certain users to only be able to create specific issue type(s), and not the others (in a certain project).

Hi @Hans Polder , Thanks for your support. Let may be precise the question, Suppose in our project we have 4 users A,B,C,D . while creating the issue the A should create only the Story type issue while the B to create only the Task type issue so on...

This might be possible with the link/solution I provided in my earlier answer. Although, it does require each issue type that needs to be 'restricted' to have its own workflow.
