In Jira Cloud to create a new issue in a Jira project using an email address should I use incoming mail handler feature available in Jira Settings--> Systems -->Mail --> Incoming Mail. OR Should I use Custom email address option available in Project --> Settings --> Email Request.
@Juby John If you are using JIRA Core or JIRA Software, then you should use JIRA Incoming Mail Handler.
If you are using JIRA Service Desk and want your customers to create Service Desk requests via email, you should use "Email Requests".
