In JIRA sandbox, there is no "field configurations" and "field configurations schemes"

My JIRA version is cloud.  In my sandbox, there is no  "field configurations" and "field configurations schemes"  Does anyone can tell me why?

This is happening because Jira is transitioning to New Field Schemes - More on that here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Cloud-Admins-articles/Announcing-General-Availability-of-Field-Schemes/ba-p/3246894

This progressive rollout of the new Field Schemes has already reached your sandbox, but not your production. That is the reason why your sandbox has "Field Schemes" while your production still has "Field Configuration Schemes"

Atlassian is replacing field configurations and field configuration schemes with a single, unified setting called field schemes.
