In JIRA form, how to add a section which gives the function of accessing previous submitte response

In the JIRA form, consider I am using the form for getting weekly updates, so the format remains the same, people submit a response every week using the same form. Here I want to add a section in the form in such a way that, I can click a button and have access to the respective previous week's form (which is ideally, the previous week's response submitted using that form) so that I can compare it. How do I add that in the JIRA form?

I dont think there is currently a way to reference other forms in design.

A submitted form is attached to the Jira issue(work item).  May be, the user can refer to the previously attached form of the ticket manually and you could give instructions for that in the form's text?
