In JIRA Service Desk I would like to apply a label to each issue as it is raised based on AD Gro

Hi,

Currently I apply a label as an issue is created:

Fred label is ITS
Bill label is Dev

This way I can run simple report showing by department the numbers of outstanding issues.

Is there a way to query Active Directory?

This way I could put in the department and more developers join the JQL remains the same. Currently I list everyone in thevJQL which works but I have to adjust the JQL with every new starter.
