In JIRA Core Cloud can I add custom fields to the Project Details screen?

Seems like the onlu place to add custom fields is to issue screens? I would like to add fields to the Project Details page. Like the client's email address or log in infor.

Fields are issue entities, not projects. So no, you can't add more "fields" to projects.

A lot of us put a link to a Confluence page in the text, and/or use the description for some data, but it's not very visible.

If you were on Server, there's an add-on called Profields that adds project attributes quite nicely too.
