In JIRA 7.2.1 - setting up e-mail to group via Event

I'm trying to setup a transition notification to a specific group I've created, however, in 7.2.1 when I go to create the custom event, I don't see "Email" as an option. I see templates for everything from Issue Created to Generic Event, but not "default email".

There is no "default email", you'll need to use one of the templates offered.
