In Active Sprint WIP board, how to view by Assignee?

Hi there, I'm a project manager that's new to JIRA. Currently my team is using JIRA to run our new project. When we open the 'Active Sprint' page, it is one big WIP board that has everything under it. I saw from some screenshots online that the WIP board below could be viewed by Assignee. Anyone know how to do that? 

Basically we want to use the Sprint WIP board as tool to run meetings. It would be nice it's by Assignee so our team members could go through the issues they own one by one.
