In ADD REMINDER can I add a reminder for multiple people?

Can set a reminder for myself but would like to set a reminder for multiple users.

Hi Simon

Do you refer to setting reminder for an issue? Not sure which plugin you are using, if it is "Reminders for Jira", go to configuration of the plugin, there is an option "Allow users only to notify themselves", make sure set this one to "No".

Please note that you need system admin permission to change the plugin configuration. Contact your admin if you don't have permission.

What I am trying to do is remind multiple people on a specific date on a specific ticket. I can do this for myself by opening the ticket and clicking on "Add Reminder" but would like to remind numerous people on a date.

Jira out of box does not support the reminder function. Your reminder function was implemented by a plugin. But I cannot recognize which plugin you are using through your screen short. What I will recommend:

1. Try to identify which plugin you are using, check with your system admin.

2. Then check the documentation of the plugin to see if it supports remind people besides yourself.

Here are 2 common reminder plugins for Jira server version, both of them support remind others

Yes, you can use the Filter subscription.

1. Create Filter

2. Save this filter Query.

3. Go to Details and click on New Subscription

4.. Now select the Schedule Daily and set the Interval as per your needs.
