@Marianne Smits, that site does not resolve when running a DNS lookup.  You will need to make sure the address is published in an external DNS host or your local DNS.

Ok, you'll need to explain more about "I can't get in".  However, I suspect you need to talk to your Jira admins first. 

We're a community of end-users who don't have access to your Jira.

What I don't understand is that the site :

jira.webyzy.com is not available

Peter beat me to that answer.  Your server isn't reachable, which is a networking issue, not Jira.
