Impossible to add user on project

Impossible to add user on project

Hi,

We have a problem with a project, he has a lot of users <50

And now, when we add a users on the project, we have a error checkbox with "Impossible to contact Jira server, it's maybe a temporary problem or...."

Any ideas?

You seems to got into this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-30817. Try increase the maxHttpHeaderSize of the connector in your <jira_install>/conf/server.xml

Look at the JIRA log file (atlassian-jira.log). That will give you some hint on the actual cause.

We have a JIRA Unlimited Users: Commercial License

No problem for add a user on a project with a small amount of users

What's your JIRA license limit? How many users does you JIRA license allows?
