Importing projects from on premise to On demand from v5.1.8#787

Hi there,

Very keen to move 2 x projects (inc attachments) from an older version of on premise to the current on demand version.

however from reading the documentation online, it seems that Atlassian need to perform some of the work in order to get the attachments included.

Can somebody please give me a contact to work with on this @ Atlassian and a clear guide of how to for the version mentioned to the current.
