My company have been using Bugtower for the last few years to run maintenance logs on client websites.
Unfortunately from November Bugtower will be no more and we have looked at alternatives including Jira.
I can export all my previous logs and history from Bugtower as CSV files.
I have tried a quick import but there is numerous field that needs to be added.
As anyone successfully imported files from Bugtower?
I don't want to start work mapping out fields if it does not work
