Importing data from FogBugz to JIRA

Hi there ! 

We recently switched from Fogbugz to JIRA. We have a looot of information to transfer over from Fogbugz to JIRA - so many that a manual copy paste does not seem reasonable at all.

We currently use JIRA Cloud.

I understand, please correct me if I am wrong, that it is NOT possible to migrate from Fogbugz to JIRA Cloud but we are thinking of a 2 steps migration 

1) Migrate from Fogbugz to JIRA Server (that we would set up temporarily?) using the plugin described in this article

2) Migrate from JIRA Server to JIRA cloud 

My questions to you are the following

1) Is it correct we cannot directly export from Fogbugz to JIRA Cloud?

2) If it is correct, would that 2 steps migration seem like an option to look into for us ?

3) Using the migration plug in do you know if this enables as well to migrate attachments? Just like in JIRA in Fogbugz we had the option to attach attachments whether that is print screens, excels..... and we would obviously need to migrate those over too
