Importing *.csv project into JIRA with several issue which błocks other issue

I would like to know the syntax for *.csv file for importing project where one issue/task is blocking (błocks) several other issue.

I was trying to add " task1,task1,task3" as an entry for the błocks column but it doesn't work.

Example

Id, description, label, blocks

Task1, this is task1,test,

Task2, this is task2,test,Task1,Task3

Task3,this is task2,test,
