Importing a sprint value via csv

Patrick Windsor
May 4, 2015

Hello, I am trying to import a numbers of issues and the value I have for the sprint will not come in. My sprint is labeled "Iteration 9", "iteration 10", etc. In the csv I entered "iteration 9" and it would not accept it I also tried "9", but it came in as a different value.

Is there a way to get the sprint value in?

Hi Patrick,

It shouldn't be possible to map the Sprint custom field in the CSV import, although you can select the Sprint field to be mapped, the value won't be sticking into JIRA, unfortunately.

We had a user that created a suggestion to enable this field mapping, however, JIRA Agile team mentioned that they do not plan to import this feature any time soon.

Thanks and I hope it helps!
