I've got the FREE version f Jira. I'm trying to import however, when I click on the 'Choose File' button, NOTHING happens.

 

Any suggestions?

Try running it in an incognito browser (you'll have to re-login in the incog window), since it will disable all your addons and such.  I find that when a popup doesn't appear, it's almost always a browser issue.

I actually was about to use the suggested incognito window, then my Mac died, upon reboot, it worked.
