Hi

In July I managed to successfully import a CSV file with Creation and Resolution Dates. This now doesn't appear to be working and whatever dates I have they end up as 27 Dec 2020 ? Example date is "10/1/2021 11:00:00 AM" - and I am selecting a date format on the external import screen of  MM/DD/YYYY h:mm:ss a

the two records I am now testing with both end up as 27 Dec 2020

I have now sorted it – the final date format that seemed to work was dd/MM/yy hh:mm

Found this on the forum - very random but seems to work
