Imported Projects and User Counts

Hi everyone,  I have a question relating to importing via a Project backup an existing Jira Project into my cloud 10 User licensed version.  My purpose is primarily to analyze (read, search, report, etc.)  an existing (completed) project.

If the original project was created with a license for over 10 users and has more than 10 users, will I be able to import via a Restore (for analysis purposes) this project into my 10 user version or does my User count have to match that of the existing project?
