Looking for help on assigning issues when they are imported via csv please. I've tried the user's email address & display name as options without success. Any ideas?
Did you add 'Assignee' in the header row, and during the import you should map it to the 'Assignee' field in your system? The user's email address is the right way to match the user.
I tried the email address which didn't work. I read on another thread that the username is whatever comes before the @ in the email. This worked for me.
