Import issue in JIRA cloud

I am not able to Import files that are uploaded from the webdav client tools in the JIRA cloud. Till November 15, 2016 I was able to import separate files like project.zip, attachments.zip, avatar.zip. logos.zip using the import in the JIRA cloud. But now this is not the case. Is there any issue in import section?
