The user version of Import from csv is not showing up as an option in the Issues dropdown. Anyone know why or how this would disappear? We haven't upgraded JIRA though we have upgraded some plugins. Can't find anything out there that points me in the right direction.

Thanks

Andrew

We are on 6.2.5 and have been using it for a long time. Maybe a restart over the weekend will fix it wink

Hi, Andrew.

What is the version of JIRA you are using? This option will only be available for all users on JIRA 6.3.3+ (considering that it is using a newer version of JIM - see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-39477).

Also, make sure that the JIRA Importers plugin and all its modules are enabled. smile

Cheers,
Matheus
