Import CSV Jira Free Version

Hello.

I was wondering if it was possible to import a CSV file into Jira with the free version.

I have tried following the steps mentioned in the Atlassian web page, but i am unable to find "External System Import".

Do you have admin permissions for your instance?
Only site administrators can view the External System Import option.
