What would be the most affective logical approach in a 7 steps strategy to implement an agile Implementation of technology into an organization

1, Discuss contingences to take risk into account

2, Outline employee training needs for the company receiving the new technology

3, Setup appropriate reporting tools

4, Set a timeline for the implementation

5, Define the requirements and goals. So, you can plan to achieve them

6, Include handwear and software and an implementation team to achieve these goals

7, Conduct an analysis between the old technology going out and the new tech coming into the client's business

There is a lot missing from that, and a lot of it is probably in the wrong order.

Start with a look at https://www.atlassian.com/agile/advantage , but the main thing that's missing is "get the mindset in place, at all levels" - you're on a hiding to nothing if your managers don't understand and embrace it.
