Impact of reopening a closed sprint on metrics/reporting
I just became aware of an old sprint (roughly 10 sprints back) that has the incorrect end date, which is now impacting our metrics/reporting.
It appears that the way to fix this is to reopen the old sprint and adjust the end date then once again close this sprint.
However, I am concerned as Jira notifies me that 24 items will be reopened and moved to this old sprint (but does not tell me what those 24 issues are). Is there any reason to be concerned? All of those 24 items were completed/closed in either the sprint in question or one of the subsequent sprints.
Basically I want to ensure I can fix this issue impacting our metrics without making the issues worse in the process.
