Images as evidences are not displayed in the defect tickets created

I am using X-Ray and test executions are in-progress. Whenever I create the tickets related to the bugs the image are not displayed. I have attached a sample. This is happening for around two months. I can't find to reach the atlassian support. Are they available?

I'm not an Xray expert, and I'm not quite sure if this is related to Jira or to Xray 🤔

Now, there are two support channels you could use here:

• Xray Support > recommended is to submit a support request/ticket via their SD
• Atlassian Support > note that only app/Jira admin can raise a ticket here

A couple of questions:

1. Does this happen to other team members as well?
2. What happens if you refresh the browser? Do the images/previews display properly then?
3. Have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode just to check how everything behaves there?
