Ignoring ISO8601 Date Picker setting

Hello,

we tried the Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker setting and it's still not working...

Related issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-7238 is marked as Fixed, but that is not true (look for commentaries of users below).

Can you please fix this setting (and maybe status on said issue as well)?
